1、 Product Overview:
The JB-BW-F series external insulation system wind pressure resistance performance testing machine combines the new development results of intelligent doors, windows, and curtain wall physical performance testing system. It uses two high-speed centrifugal blowers to provide air source, a high-power AC frequency converter to adjust the test pressure, and a pneumatic fluctuation valve to control the pulse pressure opening and closing. The system has multiple functions such as automatic acquisition and control of the test process by a microcomputer, display and recording of process control curves, printing of original records and detection results, camera display, recording, and saving of pictures before and after damage.
According to the different dimensions of the opening, there are two models of JB-BW-F series external wall insulation wind pressure resistance testing machine: BWF-2025 (opening dimensions: 2.0m × 2.5m); BWF-3021 (external dimensions of the opening: 3.0m × 2.1m).

③ Wind pressure control accuracy: ≤ ± 6% of the control target pressure
④ Pressure pulse process time control deviation: Boosting: 0.7-1.0s Duration: 2-3s Pressure reduction: ≥ 4s
⑤ Cycle times: can be set arbitrarily, frequency control accuracy is 100%
⑥ The design value W for high negative wind load can be set arbitrarily, and the default method for the pressurization process is the standard method. It can also be customized to meet the expansion requirements of the pressurization process program.
